A small fishing village on the enchanting Cap de Creus Peninsula, Port Lligat owes its fame to the Surrealist painter Salvador Dalì, who alternatively lived there from 1930 to 1982.
Dalì was deeply in love with the bay of Port Lligat, one of the highlights of Costa Brava, and represented it in many of his paintings. Today, the House-Museum Salvador Dalì attracts visitors from all over the world. Still, the small fishing village hasn’t lost its charm.

Note: Thank you to the Costa Brava Pirineu de Girona Tourism Board for inviting me to visit wonderful Costa Brava

The contrast between the stones and the rippling water has a surreal feeling to it. Nice composition.
Looks lovely. I really would like to get in one of those dinghies and set sail.
